Yes. Our service is available to all customers.


Are there any products that may not be eligible for purchase through the Volume Sales program?
All products and services available through Volume Sales are subject to individual distribution and licensing agreements. These terms and conditions are subject to change, and may prevent certain brands and/or products from qualifying for volume sales or purchase. Please inquire with your Volume Sales representative when purchasing.


What type of discount should I expect on my volume purchase?
Volume Sales discounts will vary due to shipping requirements and product selection. All quotes will be handled on an individual basis to determine the most economical distribution and freight options. In most cases, we are able to successfully pass along freight savings through consolidated methods, when full case or pallet are purchased and shipping to a single location.


Does the order have to consist of a single item?
Purchasing a mixed selection of products is an option through the Volume Sales program. However, it may not be the most economical option due to the additional time and labor required to assemble these types of orders.


What is the best way to maximize the savings on a Volume Sales purchase?
The more efficiently we can process a large order, the bigger the member savings. Items are generally sold by the case. Other merchandise may also require minimum-order thresholds. Please inquire with your Volume Sales representative when purchasing.


Is it allowable to use the Revive branding or logo in conjunction with my company's advertising?
No. The unauthorized use of ReviveHerbal's branding or logo in conjunction with an individual's selling practices is a direct violation of ReviveHerbal's intellectual property.


What is the return policy regarding volume purchases?*
Volume Sales does not accept returns, except in the case of manufacturer defects or damage. Should this occur, please refuse damaged units at check-in and contact customer service for assistance. All damages must be submitted with photos to the Volume Sales customer service department sales@reviveherbal.com within 72-hours of the product arriving to your facility.

*Please note: Reviveherbal's customers requesting orders to ship into a third party facility such as Amazon, or freight forwarder will be responsible for auditing, and ensuring their orders arrive complete, and free of damage. Reviveherbal will not be liable for merchandise once it has been signed for and approved by the third party facility. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 72-hours of the merchandise arriving at the facility.


How do I place a Volume Sales order?
Please email your bid or list of reviveherbal.com, including quantity, item number and contact information to sales@reviveherbal.com This mailbox is monitored 24/7 on a first come, first served basis. Please allow two business days for a response. If ordering in Pallets quantities please build in an additional two days for the necessary freight quotes as we put those out to bid to ensure you the best prices.


How will I know if my order was received?
You should receive a response advising that your order has been received.


Tax Exemption:
ReviveHerbal Business Members holding the required sales tax exemption documentation should inquire prior to placing their Volume Sales order. At this time, we regret that the website is unable to electronically facilitate this process. Therefore, please inquire with your Volume Sales representative when purchasing so we can process manually.
